Terms of Service — Honest Hosting

1. Parties

This agreement is between the Customer and Honest Hosting (Provider).

2. Scope

Services provided by the Provider: web hosting, VDS/VPS, dedicated servers, cloud, cyber security and IT support.

3. Acceptable Use

Customer shall not use services for unlawful purposes, to infringe third-party rights, or for spam/phishing. Actions that threaten network/system security are prohibited.

4. Billing & Refunds

Fees are collected in advance monthly or annually. Shared hosting and VDS/VPS offer a 7-day unconditional refund. Dedicated servers are non-refundable.

5. Uptime SLA

Provider guarantees 99.9% (hosting, VDS) and 99.95% (dedicated) uptime. SLA violations are compensated via service credit.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate with 15 days' written notice. Acceptable-use violations allow immediate termination.

7. Governing Law

Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Istanbul (Anadolu), Turkey.
