The individual or entity purchasing the service.

3. Subject

The sale and delivery of services ordered electronically by the Buyer through https://honesthosting.com.tr.

4. Right of Withdrawal

Per Turkish Consumer Law Art. 15, electronically delivered services are outside the scope of withdrawal; however Honest Hosting voluntarily offers a 7-day unconditional refund for shared hosting and VDS/VPS.

5. Payment

Credit card, bank transfer, Papara and cryptocurrency are accepted.

6. Dispute Resolution

Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts are the competent authorities.
