KVKK (Data Protection) Notice — Honest Hosting

1. Data Controller

Honest Hosting ("Company") processes the personal data of its customers and visitors as data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

2. Purposes of Processing

Your personal data is processed for service provision, contract performance, invoicing, customer relationship management, resolving support requests, legal compliance and commercial electronic communications.

3. Categories of Data Processed

Identity (name), contact (email, phone, address), customer transaction (service, invoice, payment data), transaction security (IP, logs, cookies), finance (payment data).

4. Data Transfer

Your data may be transferred to public authorities under legal obligations, and to our hosting, payment and billing service providers. International transfers are made only to countries approved by the Authority.

5. Your Rights

Under KVKK Article 11, you have the right to know whether your data is processed, to request information, correction, deletion or destruction. You may send your requests in writing to destek@honesthosting.com.tr.
